  The Comita Project

  The Comita Porphyry Copper Gold Project (“Comita” or the “Project”) is located 100 kilometres southwest of Medellin in the Choco Province of western Colombia. Choco is an emerging mining / exploration district that hosts exciting geological potential. Choco is currently the second largest gold producing province of Colombia and is known only for its historical and present day alluvial mining operations. There are no modern mining operations in hard rock, although both junior and major resource companies alike have initiated exploration programmes in the Western Cordillera in search of porphyry ore bodies. This zone remains virtually untouched by modern exploration methods, with the last major regional sampling program conducted by the German BGR-Ingeominas survey in 1983-1987.

  The Mabuhay Project

  The Mabuhay Gold project (“Mabuhay” or the “Project”) located 12 kilometres (“km”) south of Surigao City, the capital city in the province of Surigao del Norte, Philippines. Mabuhay, formerly known as “The Mindanao Mother Lode Mine” (“Mother Lode”) was an epithermal vein style bonanza-grade gold mine that is estimated to have produced around 500,000 ounces of gold from 1937 through to 1953. Mother Lode, which was once one of the Philippines’ highest grade gold producers, is located in the centre of the Project’s tenements. Rugby is now currently drilling at Mabuhay and the Company believes porphyry discovery potential exists at depth, below the old workings.

  The Interceptor Project

  The Interceptor Porphyry Gold Copper Project (“Interceptor”) is located in the Catamarca Province in Argentina, near the Maricunga gold region of Chile, an established mining district which hosts significant operating gold mines and advanced stage gold copper porphyry deposits, including the large Cerro Casale and Caspiche projects. Interceptor is drill ready with large scale targets defined by geochemical and geophysical surveys conducted by a previous operator.

  Hawkwood Gold Exploration

  Rugby plans to undertake detailed exploration of areas containing gold mineralization within the Hawkwood tenements. The main focus will be the Mary Elizabeth prospect, where the geophysical interpretation of airborne radiometric data defined a 700m long potassium radiometric high coincides with an extensive zone of silica-pyrite-sericite alteration.
